| Prescription refills are available by
phoning your pharmacy. The pharmacy will contact our office with the
necessary information, and our office will authorize the refill if it is
appropriate. However, for your protection, the physician will issue no
new prescriptions without a complete and thorough evaluation of your
medical condition. |
