Appointments |
| Office hours are by appointment to ensure
the efficient and most convenient service to our patients. Appointments
are scheduled up to three months in advance. However, emergencies will
be seen as soon as possible. |
| Appointment reminder cards will be mailed
to you for routine examinations. You will receive a reminder phone call
two days prior to your visit. Please notify our office of a cancellation
at least 24-hours in advance. |
| We will make every attempt to honor your
appointment time, as we appreciate the value of your time. However, our
physicians and midwives may be unavoidably called away from the office
on short notice due to deliveries or surgical emergencies. We regret any
inconvenience that may result and request your understanding. In this
event, our office staff will make every attempt to inform you and
reschedule your appointment if necessary. If the physician or midwife
with whom you have an appointment is at the hospital attending a patient in labor, it may be possible for
you to see one of the other providers. |
