    • Multi-specialty Clinic at Page Memorial Hospital.
    • From Business US-211, turn on Memorial Drive heading towards Page Memorial Hospital.  Park in the Page Memorial Hospital parking lot.  The Multi-specialty Clinic is in office complex in front of the Emergency Room.
